Asian Packaging Industries is an ISO 9001:2015 certified corrugated box manufacturer headquartered in Vapi GIDC, Gujarat — built order by order since 1991.
In 1991, our founder Mr. Anil Laxmanbhai Patel began working in the packaging industry, learning the corrugation trade from the shop floor up. Five years later, in 1996, he started a trading company supplying corrugated boxes to manufacturers around Vapi. Watching quality problems pass from converter to customer convinced him of one thing — the only way to guarantee a box is to make it yourself.
In 2002, Asian Packaging Industries opened its first manufacturing plant in Vapi GIDC. Four more units followed — Smart Pack Industries in 2007 and 2018, Asian Packaging Unit-2 in 2013, and Asian Print Pack, our dedicated printing house, in 2017. Today we are the only packaging company in Vapi with five working plants, each running different flute machines, so every board grade from A to F flute is produced in-house.
What has not changed since 1991 is the founding principle: quality comes before profits. Every unit runs its own quality check department, and every dispatch is committed one day before the promised date.
