Vapi GIDC is a chemical hub, and chemical packaging is unforgiving — heavy containers, long storage, rough handling. Our 5 and 7 ply multi-wall shippers, FOL boxes and drum cartons are built with high edge-crush boards and tested in-house before every dispatch.
Last-mile handling is the hardest journey a box makes. We manufacture die-cut self-locking mailers, courier shippers and custom-fit cartons that survive sortation hubs, reduce void fill and give D2C brands an unboxing worth photographing.
Moulded components, garment lots, tube lights and appliances each fail differently in transit — so their boxes must differ too. We build partitioned component cartons, one-side-flap boxes for fabric rolls and broad-flute cushioned packs for fragile electricals.
