A 3 ply (single wall) box has one fluted layer between two liners — right for loads roughly up to 10–15 kg such as FMCG, garments and light e-commerce parcels. A 5 ply (double wall) box adds a second fluted layer for higher stacking strength and edge protection, suited to 15–40 kg loads, chemicals, appliances and long-distance transit. MOQ depends on box size, board grade and printing. Because corrugation happens in-house across five plants, our minimums are lower than most converters. Custom printed boxes typically need higher volumes than plain cartons. Send your size and monthly quantity for a confirmed MOQ and slab pricing.

Yes. Our dedicated printing unit, Asian Print Pack, produces everything from single-colour flexo branding to full multi-colour offset-laminated retail cartons, including barcodes, batch panels and statutory markings. Artwork and dieline support is part of the service.

Our standing commitment is delivery one day before the promised date. We deliver daily across Vapi, Silvassa, Daman, Umbergaon, Sarigam and Valsad, and run scheduled pan-India contracts. Export consignments ship with fumigation-compliant packaging and documentation.

Every unit operates an in-house quality check department. Boards and finished boxes are tested for bursting strength, edge crush and moisture before dispatch — our founding principle is quality before profits, and the QC gate runs on every order, not on samples.

Yes. Corrugated kraft board is one of the most recycled packaging materials in the world. We add waste-minimising production layouts and modern automated machinery to keep material usage and our environmental footprint low.

Yes — 2 ply to 7 ply corrugated sheets and plates cut to size, continuous 2 ply rolls, corrugated sleeves and partition sets. Many converters and packing lines buy sheet stock from us on standing orders.
